I have a baby at home and this really helps get corners and small areas that a brush simple cannot reach or clean well. It’s lightweight and lasts longer than you would think for it being as compact as it is.

Water pours from the tank, hose, and nozzle seams within seconds of use! My floors were soaked, but the greasy stove stayed filthy. The "drip-free" promise is a lie. This isn’t cleaning—it’s creating water damage risks. How is this legal to sell?

This portable steam cleaner is easy to use, has several accessories included that easily adapt to clean different surfaces in the home, heats up quickly and does not leak, overall I am satisfied with my purchase so far.

This machine quits faster than I can start cleaning! After 5 minutes, it overheats and shuts down, leaving chores half-done. How is this acceptable for a product marketed as "heavy-duty"? The engineers clearly never tested it beyond a PowerPoint slide. It’s a glorified paperweight that can’t handle even basic tasks. An embarrassing failure of design and honesty!

Assembly required a PhD. Missing parts in the box, unclear diagrams, and the customer service line kept disconnecting. Two weeks later, still not fully functional.

Won’t kill germs. Used it on bathroom tiles, but mold grew back twice as fast. The 'sanitizing' claim is pure fiction. Stick to bleach and save your money!

The extension hose is too short and basically meaningless. You have to carry the entire steamer the whole time, and you have to manually hold down the spray button the entire time you use it. The fabric used to decorate the attachment is a shard of super-fuzzy material. It's not worth that much. There is no visible water level gauge, so if you put too much water, it will overflow and leak

I was so excited for this product and it was definitely a bust. After 2 hours the lid is still not able to come off. It is completely cooled and steam/pressure is completely released. It's a such a shame. I will be returning this first thing in the morning and getting my money back!
