The picture is extremely misleading! This is a tiny punching Target. They show another picture of an adult using it. In that picture it looks quite large as well.Buyer beware. I can't comment yet on how it works because it is for a 5-year-old. Not sure if I'm going to send it back yet or not.

Eh, it's ok. It's flimsier than I thought it would be. It's more for a little little kid. Like under 10, I'd say. I put it up for me and my boyfriend's 14yr old to use. I have already had to kick him off of it because his punches are too solid for it. I hold back on my punches, because I'm using it more for speed and accuracy, not power and it does seem to work well for those purposes, but you definitely do NOT want to hit this thing full force if you've got a solid punch. It'll knock it off the wall! Otherwise, it's fun, it's easy to use, it's a decent pricepoint and people are intrigued by it and wanna play with it.

This Music Boxing Target besides being fun to use, provides a great workout. The box charges with the included cable so no batteries are necessary; that’s always a plus.The set comes thick Velcro straps to adhere the board to a stable, and strong surface. There is a large padded sticker that gets put on the back of the beat box for extra padding; the Velcro straps go over this padding .Besides the installation, the set includes fingerless gloves, and super padded ones.Press the middle on/off switch( long press) and the board begins to play music, and lights alternate blinking among the pads of the box. The lights target the pad that is to be struck next.This unit also works with music from your phone or tablet, simply by pairing it to blue tooth.This is a fun workout, a great stress reliever and a great value.

this punching target game is fun and actually a pretty good workout because you have to give it a good punch for it to register the hit..it was easy to install with the included velcro strips ...and it is rechargeable which is very nice..it is lightweight but takes a good punch...it makes getting a short intense workout fun...great product for the price

I originally got this boxing machine for my 4 year old nephew but it ended up working out better for adults. You have to punch it very hard. Its definatley a workout and it sticks to the wall very good. Just be careful where you hang it up at because the back of the velcro is very sticky and will take off your drywall.

I have always loved kickboxing and it has served as the best stress reliever. Living in a small apartment without a bag in the gym, I have been missing it. I figured this would be more of a toy/game and not super useful for fitness, but I was wrong. The play-with-music feature works fairly seamlessly after syncing up with your phone or BT music player and creates a fun challenge while bopping to your favorite tunes. Can keep me motivated for an hour and if I focus on form, it really is a nice workout. The pad secures well into any wall with the provided velcro and sticky straps, just make sure you wipe down the wall with a bit of water and alcohol and make sure it is 100% dry. We also put it over a stud board to make sure the wall behind it was extra firm. I haven't been using my full force when hitting, not because the unit can't handle it, but because I'm afraid of damaging a wall that's not our own. I think over time I will feel more comfortable unleashing. Great buy and fun gift for anyone looking to practice boxing form or work out some stress in the comfort of their home. Just keep in mind that this is still a toy and boynm any for professional use or practice.

This music boxing/punching machine is - at the core of it all - a great idea. The overall design makes a lot of sense, with 5 "targets" that react to your punches. The pre-loaded music is a nice feature, though the Bluetooth connectivity is really the winner for the music option and to keep the tunes fresh and rotating.The unit also comes with a solid way to fasten it to a broad surface, being big, self-adhesive Velcro patches. This feature is great, because you may need to move this off the wall to recharge it or relocate it. It's easy to install once you take a look at the design, but keep in mind that you'll want a solid surface behind it that isn't going to crack or vibrate pictures off the wall.It definitely durable, as it's been beaten on rather hard by now and keeps ticking, so that's a plus. It's also rather fun, once you get into a groove. It helps break a sweat rather quick!My gripes are that I'd like it more if it were a bit larger. This way, your arms have a bit more freedom to move around. Additionally, the unit we received has a tough time sensing all of your punches unless you really give it a good whack at times. This is problematic, because our little guy likes to punch away, but gets frustrated and loses interest when the machine doesn't validate his hits.Altogether, I'd say this is a fun and unique way burn some calories and blow off some steam. It's built rugged, mounts easily, it's intuitive to use, and it has a fun music feature. For $60, though, it's a bit pricey. I'd like to see a machine with the small kinks ironed out for this price.
