This has got to be one of the best exercises I've ever done. It keeps you active and motivated to keep going because of the music and the lights. You do not even realize how much you are actually working out because it is so fun. It was super easy to use. Take it out of the box, charge it for a little while, and you are ready to go. It does come with strips to place it up on the wall and even though it is a nice size, it is not extremely heavy. This is a great value!

This isn't like the boxing machines I see advertised. It isn't like DDR for your fists. It's a big bluetooth speaker. There are different patterns that light up and you can control the speed. However it has nothing to do with the music. I set the pattern to flash slow enough to punch to the beat of my music. The same circles light up in the same order unless you change the pattern. There is a very sticky backing you can attach to the wall, sticky velcro, or nail it down. It has a weird voice when connecting. Definitely not high quality. It comes with a pair of boxing gloves. It will give you some exercise but you could do the same thing with a punching bag and a speaker. You have to be able to charge it which is hard when it is attached to the wall. It has a counter so it counts how many times you hit it. It's okay, but not what I expected.

The music boxing machine is a fun workout. Easy to hang and use. Can speed up/slow down the nine exercise programs according to my needs and has adjustable music volume. So far, so good!

This provides a good workout. If your looking to sweat. Helps with hand eye coordination. Speakers are not too bad. Can go fast or slow. There is an option for that. Could wall mount it as it comes with the hardware. Also as a bonus, if you have a toddler it really tires them out! Haven't tried punching it too hard but I have been giving it some decent whacks. Surviving no problem.

This is a fun training tool! We are trying to workout more as a family so we can all be healthier and this is definitely going to help! There are built in songs and rhythms but then you can also connect your phone and use your own music, which is great! There are different mounting options as well, which makes it super versatile!

This music boxing machine is a lot of fun. The instructions are not the easiest to follow but once you figure out the controls it wasy enough to use. I would have preferred seperate controls for volume and mode selection but it works. You can link it via bluetooth to your phone and play music of your choice. The speed and lights can be synced to the music and you can set how fast or slow it plays along to the songs. It also have its own built in music. The speaker quality is just okay. It is not the best sound in the world but it is loud enough and services its purpose. The included gloves did not fit my hands very well and were not comfortable. My hands are very small so I will probably find something that fits a little better. Overall this is a lot of fun and a great workout.

This music boxing machine is a really cool idea and definitely fun for the whole family. The lights and rhythm sync feature are entertaining, and the preset modes make it easy to jump right into a workout or game. It’s a great way to stay active and burn off some energy. That said, there are a few drawbacks. The sensitivity isn’t always consistent—sometimes it doesn’t register hits properly, which can be frustrating. Also, the Bluetooth connection was a bit glitchy during setup and doesn’t always stay connected smoothly. The foam surface is decent, but the included gloves are on the thin side. I’d recommend using your own if you want better protection. It’s fun for casual use, especially for kids, but if you’re expecting a more advanced training tool, this might fall a little short.Overall, decent value for the price, but some quality and performance tweaks would really take it to the next level.
