This isn’t as cool as I thought it would be. My kids seem to like it but we’ve had it for a few weeks and they aren’t playing with it anymore. I was also hoping the lights would sync up with the music, but they are totally random. This pairs easily with my iPhone and I can play my music from Spotify but the sound quality coming out of the speaker is not good. The boxing gloves this comes with are great for hitting this product, but you wouldn’t use them for boxing. I think you can get a similar quality product at a lower price point.

Pretty cool and neat boxing machine. Its great for practicing speed and reflexes. Its very easy to mount and operate. The housing is plastic but feels really solid. It comes with gloves if you don't already have. Its a fun game but also practical training tool.

This item is very fun to play. It lights up like a Simon game. You punch whatever button is lit up. This helps to burn calories and exercises your brain too. It also helps with hand eye coordination. It also has Bluetooth that you can put your own music playing through it. I thought that was a very neat feature, this is also good when you’re really mad and need to punch something lol. It was easy to hang and easy to use. You basically push a button and you’re ready to go.

Ordered as a gift for my 11 year old son.. specifically to pull him away from his video games and to burn off a bit of extra energy .. Mounting the unit as explained with the directions, was simple. The actual operation plays more like a response game than a heavy workout .. reminds me a bit of the old memory game Simon from years ago.. But, the response speed required does provide for a fun cardio workout in addition to improving your reflex time. He hasn’t had it long enough yet to see whether he sticks with it or gets bored. Good choice for some physical activity instead of sitting in front of a monitor all day.

This is a nice alternative to a traditional punching bag. It’s easy to install and has different ways you can install it. You can play music through the speaker it has via Bluetooth though the sound quality is not the greatest. It has held up great with a lot of use and my kids really enjoy it. It registers punches about 90% of the time so it works pretty well.

This item is more fun than the traditional punching bag. Music and lights and it can connect to your Bluetooth and play your own music. Comes with 2 sets of boxing gloves. Nice item. Good work out.
