I got the pink one at TJ Maxx 2 years ago. My dog, Estrella, was a year old-still chewing or escaping every harness I bought her. She has a high prey drive & has been found guilty of BOLTING at the sight of a squirrel (she is strong). The V-shape of the vest is perfect protection of her rib cage so she dosn't hurt herself when she bolts (i'm not a doctor) - while still being simple & light enough that makes it a great harness for both summer & winter. The little handle on top is perfectly positioned. It comes in handy *especially* for stubborn dogs.The harness held on for so long but finally gave in yesterday (Dog is a boston terrier/husky mix for reference)
