I purchased this item during renovations and Install this product less than 60 days after purchase, once installed, it failed after a week. Amazon said there is no warranty and that I was outside my 30 day return but we generous enough to allow me to return it with a restocking fee, are they going to restock a broken defective item?????? If I had purchase this from a store, they would have refunded the total amount and then they would go after the manufacturer for any further costs. I highly recommend do not purchase this item and check warranty policy.Amazon said I should have returned it within 30days, like I knew it was going to fail after 55days of purchase and 7 days after being installed!

Good quality. Looks great ! Extra keys needed to be made by a locksmith. Home Depot or Lowe's can't do it. Alot more expensive for extra keys.

It was quick and easy to install! Worked well for the first couple weeks and then one morning my husband was leaving for work and it just wouldn’t open. No matter what we tried. Something inside just busted and it stopped working as it should. He literally had to break it apart in order to get it off to replace it. Was really nice until it broke. Maybe it was just a bad one! Had high hopes because they had great reviews!!

Item came with missing parts I had to use parts of my old door handle since I already had a locksmith come the second time to install it and did not want to return the item.So unhappy

The quality of this beautiful door knob/deadbolt lock set is truly amazing. I purchased it for a door leading out into my garage from a mud room & loved it so much that I’m buying another one to replace the one on my front door that I paid well over $300 for. It was easy to install & after a few months, it still looks like it did when I bought it. I LOVE it!!

I’m happy with this handle set. It looks really nice and is sturdy. Install went smoothly. My only complaint is that the style of the front and back don’t match. The front is more traditional and the back handle is completely flat and modern. It’s almost like they don’t go together. Also, the deadlock works well but it goes past where it should so it often looks crooked unless you manually adjust it. Overall, good for the price though! I’d recommend it as long as you’re ok with a super modern handle on the inside!

I had ordered a Kwikset 99420-003 Aura Bluetooth Programmable Keypad Door Lock Deadbolt with SCHLAGE FE285 CAM 622 GEO Camelot Trim Lower Half Front Entry Handle set, both items totaling $250. That handleset did not adjust far enough for me to fit it on my door with the existing holes. I have a fiberglass door. Then I tried to install the programmable deadbolt, which was a bit difficult and afterwards found that the app did not open the door. It gave me a message saying "jammed" but it would open manually. The whole point of getting a bluetooth deadbolt went out the window. Then, I saw this set with handle set and deadbolt for only $44! I wasn't expecting it to work out. The handle almost fit my existing hole, it was so very close, I just took my hammer drill and drilled it a bit bigger, just enough for this to fit through. Then, I installed the deadbolt. So, for $44 compared to $250, I guess I'm happy with the way things ended up turning out! Things happen for a reason, I guess.
