When I light my incense and close the lid on it, the incense does not stay lit and goes out. It only stays lit if the lid is open, which kind of defeats the point.

Currently displaying on a side table in my living room. I love burning incense, but dislike the mess the ashes make plus how ugly those long looking wooden things are. I thought to myself this is the perfect solution to the issue. Even though it looks aesthetically pleasing, it's not practical. I'm currently burning cones. It's hard to light them up and keep it lit. Multiple times I've come back to it off and have to re-light. I'm thinking not good air circulation. The top has stained and I've probably used a handful of times. You can see at the top in one of my pictures. I'm still considering whether I want to return this thing or not. Definitely not recommended.

When I received this product I instantly LOVED the weight of it. It feels very heavy, and expensive.However, the look of the item I received was more smooth and polished than the original photos where it looks more rustic and has the little “crater holes” which I liked the look of.Overall, I’m happy with this product.

A safe place to rest my smoldering palo santo sticks and catch all the ashes. It also comes with a incense holder which would only work for lightweight/short incense (otherwise it tips over). The marble bowl is pretty and stays in place on the small round silicone mat that came with it.
