Its a little thinner than I prefer, but comfortable pillow, with cooling memory foam and removable cover that can be machine washed.

I love this pillow. I’ve used it several times so far, and it has quickly become my go-to whenever I get restless at night. The ergonomic design really helps with neck pain, and it provides great support. My only hope is that it holds up well over time and keeps its structure, but for now, it’s been a game changer for my sleep quality.

The central zone of this pillow makes for a comfortable and supportive position. The pillow allows my neck to be supported when I am flat on my back and if I am on my sides. The outer white portions of the pillow are firm and provide for a secure stability for the entire pillow. The slipcover of it is easily removed to wash. I can also fit a normal standard size pillow case on it.

The pillow came fine and took shape after I opened it from the plastic. I like the feel of the pillow and it does have the indentation for your head. Because the pillow is squishy, it did not fully support my head and neck into a straight position. Some nights that lead to some neck pain. I think if the pillow was a little thicker or higher it could fit the pocket between your head and neck better, especially for side sleepers.
