I like that the cups are part of the shell so it’s easier to install. They claim the grooves in the cup allow for more grease and eliminate the infamous press fit creaking. So far so good! I was able to install it by hand 95% but still needed the bb tool to torque it down all the way( still cheaper than a good traditional bb press kit). Additionally, it’ll be much easier to take out since you can just unscrew it! Bearing are smooth although it’s only been a few weeks but I’m optimistic that they’ll last. Great bottom bracket for my road to Shimano crank situation.
