The TORK 701B timer allows you to set your indoor and outdoor lighting or appliances, such as pool pumps, to automatically turn on and off, helping you to save energy and money, while adding convenience to today's busy lifestyles. The timer can also provide home safety and security by turning lights on while you are away.
The easy-to-use timer installs indoors in the wall and features 48 on/off settings and allows you to program a different setting each day of the week in as little as 30 minute intervals.
A bypass slide switch allows the user to keep the timer always ON, always OFF or to TIMER to run the programmed settings.
The timer is available in white with a gray and white Dial. Single gang wall plate is included.

I purchased two of these NSi 701B 24 Hour Mechanical in-Wall Time Switch, 20 Amps and installed them in my home. They work perfectly! The only complaint I have is that the wires could be a little longer for connecting inside the junction boxes. I had to lengthen the "White" wire on both units to complete there in-circuit connections! That being said, I still give these timers a "Five Star" review. Watchman

Product will not fit into a multi gang wall plate, not advertised as pictured, this is a stand alone unit for a single electrical wall box, will not fit Decora switch bank.

I gave it a 1 because even though the light turned on the timer did not work. My junction box had 2 black wires, not a red and a black. I switched the wires and everything works fine. This is a good timer for the money if you don't mind grinding the faceplate so the pins can rotate by.

The house came with a fancy digital timer and it's been very frustrating to use. The screen was very hard to read and all the buttons with their multifunctions were infuriating to use. When I replaced it with this simple, tactile timer, it was an instant relief. So easy to install and set up and even easier to teach other members of the household. It's a K.I.S.S. purchase. Highly recommend it.

I am an electrician and I bought this product for a job. The timer started acting up a month after installation. As per the customer It would not turn the lights on sometimes or not turn the lights off sometimes. I am told by amazon there is no warranty and I am stuck with it. I am out the cost of the timer but more importantly I have time installing it then removing it that I cannot bill for or must refund for. If I had bought this from my supply house or even the big box stores they would have at least replaced the item if not refunded my money. Products like this make me look bad as an electrician.

I am very familiar with wiring switch’s set I all up the prongs up and down for sundown and sun rise . The switch timer is great at Dawn comes on ,problem is it does not turn off the switch at sunrise I set it up to go off at 6 -7-8 am don’t matter all three times no luck won’t turn off on its own please explane .

Love the option to use the timer Feature or turn on light manually but don’t like the way the setting tabs are on the dial - much too easy to accidentally bump and change the timer settings

I purchased this timer because it is simple, easy to understand, fits a Decora plate and is sold by one of the premier timer manufacturers.The dial can only be turned in a single direction and you must set the time by turning the dial to coincide with an arrow stamped in the plastic. Problem, is both the direction arrow and the time-now arrow are white, and barely stamped into the white body. It's almost impossible to see these two very important markings.Within a day of being installed it reveled itself to be a very bad choice. The timer runs fine for a while and then locks at a time, 7:00 a.m. in my case, and refuses to budge past that time. If you turn the dial manually, in the approved direction, you can feel it hang at a couple of spots. It isn't hitting anything and the drive gear is clear but the dial hangs. Of course this makes the timer useless.I've removed it and gone back to one of the complicated multi-day-multi-program electronic type that works.It came packed in a destroy-it-to-remove-it packages so I have no packaging to return it. I certainly wouldn't trust a replacement anyway. Next time i'll read the reviews before I buy.
