A must use for any type of new flooring so a rubber or latex backed rug will not permanently stain the floor. These pads can be cut with scissors to fit a rug. They have a backing that will not permanently stain any type of flooring. They also make the rugs or doormats softer to walk on.

I thought I was buying an LVP safe rug pad. Instead it's really a pet pad. Super disappointed! I'm going to be returning.

Easy to cut to fit using regular scissors. Absolutely does not move even when you intentionally try to get the rug to slide! I like that it’s safe for vinyl plank.

It's great, no residue left on linoleum tile and rug does not slip with this under it! Easy to cut to size you need!

The grippy part doesn't stay in place on the floor.And the rug doesn't stay in place on this product. 😔 It does as a nice cushion and makes the rug feel very thick though.

It was a good buy. I just installed a new vinyl flooring that is why I bought this but so far so good. It doesn’t went out of place. The rug adhere to it.The thickness is perfect for my needs. It is not too thick and not thin.

This pad provides some cushion under an area rug. It was shipped folded not rolled, but that did not create any issues for me.The price point is higher than similar products, but this pad claims to do something extra. The description states that the embossed backing prevents liquid spills from damaging the floor. I haven't had a liquid spill yet. If it works well at protecting the floor, it is worth the cost.

This pad has a nice cushiony feel underfoot when it’s beneath the rug. It gives a bit of grip but not as much as the flat mesh pads I’m used to using. My main complaint is that it come folded very small. There were tons of gold marks in it, and although it was under a rug for two days, it would not lie flat. We finally removed it because it was creating a huge tripping hazard and feared someone getting seriously injured. Maybe it might work for you if you have a much heavier rug as mine is lighter weight, hence wanting a decent rug pad.
