This is amazingly beautiful machining. Both 1/2" and 1/4" router bits fit perfectly and snugly. At first, I thought that it wouldn't fit my Rockwell shaper cartridge, but I kept tightening the bolt at the bottom and it pulled down into the cartridge nice and tight. The instructions say not to "climb cut," which means pushing work the "wrong" direction. I was getting tearout from the router bit I was using and switched to climb cutting. After a few minutes, I checked and the chuck was loosening. So I won't do that again.

This was nicely made, fit and finish was excellent. Wished they offered wrenches that fit. I would have been happy to have paid for them.

Well worth the price. This was my second purchase. Quality collet grips router bit shank far better than cheapie import adapters I've tried. Keep in mind, you may need to elevate/pad your shaper table.

I have Rockwell/Delta 43-110 light duty shaper. This router bit spindle adapter works great. The machining , fit and finish is top notch. I hate the sream of the universal motor on routers, with this and the 1 hp induction motor , I can avoid the high pitch sream, and I'm sure my neighbors agree!

I ordered this spindle adapter so that I could run my larger router bits on a newly acquired Powermatic shaper. It arrived well packaged in a plastic tube, with anti corrosive wrapping, on time and for a reasonable price. The fit and finish of the adapter and the collets is superb, and it came with both 1/2" and 1/4" collets.Hard to find this kind of quality, US made I think, for this kind of price and delivery. Kudos to these folks. As usual, Amazon delivered on time, with care, in a couple of days. Touchdown.

I haven't used it yet so all I can go off of is what it looks like. Nice machining. Very nice collets, flexible. Looks to be small enough in height where it's not going to require a sub table. When I finally get to use it I'll edit this review.
