Had to replace our casters on our dining chars do to the floor we put in. We needed rubber casters. These worked great and look good.

The casters are made from metal making them sturdier than plastic. The present well and ae easy to install.

I bought a new office task chair that specifically stated the casters that come with it were not for hard flooring but carpet only. I bought these as the roller skate wheels would lose their roundness after a while and were difficult to roll the chair in a seated position (for elderly woman). These were put on the new chair and she loves them! Easy to roll and no flat spots. Would recommend.

LEARNED THE OLD ONES ARE HARD TO REMOVE, NEED TO PRY THEM OUT WITH A SCREWDRIVER. TO INSERT NEW ROLLERS, I USED A 14 INCH CHANNELLOCK TO SQUEEZE THEM IN. A "C" CLAMP WOULD ALSO WORK. BEFORE ORDERING, PRY ONE CASTER OUT AND MEASURE DIAMETER OF PIN. THERE ARE SEVERAL DIAMETERS USED.WHAT A DIFFERENCE CHANGING OUT THE WHEELS MADE. CHAIR ROLLS SMOOTHLY AND EASY NOW.

An Aeron chair needed new wheels to work properly on a hardwood floor. These rubber wheels worked perfectly - no marks on the floor and they are very smooth & quiet.

I got these so long ago and never replaced the broken casters on my office chair because I kept thinking i would need assistance. I finally decided to try it on my own and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was!These are well priced and you get enough for an entire chair. I only needed to replace the one that was broken.Installation was really easy; I put the chair on its side, pulled out the broken one, and then easily pushed the new replacement on. Voila! They have a cute little detail on the outside, so eventually, if another one breaks, I might just replace them all.

These chair caster wheels work fine but they look broken when rolling around.The wavy design makes these wheels look like they are wobbling around and broken when moving around so I don't like that but it's not a huge deal as they work fine and it's not something I look at while I'm sitting in the chair.Other than that, they work as they should.
