Don't like the bumps on the top because it means you have to wear shoes on them otherwise it feels uncomfortable. Otherwise, it's a good way to keep better posture

Very lightweight. When you put your feet on it, it slides across floor. Not robust.

This is a nice footrest. I work from home sitting at a desk 40+ hours a week, so this is comfortable to put my feet up on, and fidget with rocking it back and forth. The massage rollers are very very small, so it's more like lightly grazing your foot than "massaging" it though. It feels nice enough, but i do wish they were a little bigger or more raised.It is made of plastic, but was easy to put together (just push the 2 semicircle pieces into the slots), and it seems sturdy. My daughter is about 70 lbs and she stands on it to balance for fun and it easily supports here. It's light though and easy to move around if needed.
