Installation instruction and manual is impossible to follow. Support phone is horrible. All the tech support did was text the videos. I am going to return this.

We have a contract with the State Department of Disabilities and Special Needs and we got an order for a door opener for a patient who had a stroke and lost use of her arms. We had been using another brand but recently had several issues with them. So I researched and found that Olide Automatic door opener had great reviews so I ordered one and the patient was so happy when we installed it.

The installation went well. I would like to see slight changes to the instructions, but nothing serious. I have sent them a couple of minor suggestions to the design, but all in all they were fine. The product shipped quickly, they responded quickly to texts. If I had ten more of these to do, I would use these for all of them.
