It worked for 1 season but after 1 day being installed for the 2nd season, one of the ball valves fell out even with the valve in the off position. I didn't realize water was pouring out so it saturated my foundation and flooded my basement floor. Don't buy, it's horrible quality.

I think I've been through every 'ornamental' pot metal piece of junk people try to peddle off as American quality. Well, this one comes close. The little levers are a bit small, but they work and none of the outlets leak from poor machine work.

I needed this style because my water outlet is in a tight spot and I wanted something that would actually attach at the ends and still have a shutoff valve at each end. It appears to be well made and I simply hand tightened everything and low and behold I had no leaks. So far it works great and the build quality is a lot better than many others that I looked at. This one is a keeper

I used this as a Manifold for my Motorcoach. My hot water manifold splitter broke. Plumbing froze in winter, manifold was very expensive this with garden hose thread adapters worked AND gave me individual shut off for every leg of the Hot Side. Time will tell if it holds up...

Started leaking past one of the shutoff valves after a few months. Had to cap it off, so now this is 4 way instead of the needed 5 way. The green part is just cheap rubbery cladding to make it look sturdier then it is, the actual metal valve body/manifold is tubular and very thin, it doesn't have the sturdy looking squared-off ridges, those ridges are made from the rubber-ish green material and just there for looks, it's deliberately deceptive, that green material begins to disintegrate under the sun's UV rays half way through the first season of use... it's "all show and no go".I initially bought two last summer because of the 5 way feature, now wish it had been none Have had several problems with other Orbit products over the years, will be avoiding this brand going forward... save your money and do the same.

What I like the very most is that the distance between the individual hose connections is big enough for a time to fit. PLUS... and this is a HUGE plus... there are two other connections on the horizontal ends. I had one timer that was so big it wouldn't fit on the other connectors, but those end connectors are the bomb!It is very sturdy, and doesn't leak (another win, in my book).

We have 4 irrigation zones and needed a quality manifold to hook up 5 garden hoses to that operate Orbit brand sprinkler heads. We run the first 2 zones, then the next 2 zones and then the last zone all done manually by the manifold’s black turn knobs. We did not like our first purchased product which was a timer from a different company. Having this 5-hose manual manifold works perfectly. We set a timer on our phone and then close zones and open other zones as needed. Very easy to use and install. We have an irrigation (yard) meter which our manifold is hooked up to.

These were wonderful all summer. I use a total of 11 gif my acreage facets with timers, hoses, sprinklers. However, we had one cold night and many of them are no longer usable as there’s a zinc inner tube inside spits that popped out onto ground after the one night of colder weather. I can’t remove them for winter as I need them still to be on but set fewer times and fewer minutes as we haven’t been getting rain in California. So to replace 11 of these each year would mean annually investing almost $200 on just manifolds. Ugh. The first ones I tried were brass. Lasted only one year. Then tried another type, can’t remove hoses and when I try, it unscrews the whole system. So tried these abccwas well pleased except the zinc tube popping out. I want something that lasts longer than a year!!!

It's a splitter and it does what it's supposed to do. However, the mount it comes with doesn't seem to be compatible with my setup. The faucet in their mount installation is on an angle and mine is straight and very close to the wall so the mount would not fit. Not much of an issue, it still seems sturdy and is working very well.

[Update Review on Nov.18th, 2019 below original review]Very well-made and designed. Bravo to the engineers for this. I might actually get a 2nd one for spare since it is well-priced (around $10 dollars when I ordered it) and a 5-way is hard to find.UPDATE: This item still works just as well and has maintained its quality and function so far. I have been really impressed that I went to see if I could order a spare...but the price was raised! Too bad. Will just have to wait for when it is the appropriate price again to purchase. I also read some of the other reviews. I can see why some think the engineering on this manifold could be worrisome. But for some reason i guess I got lucky and the item still performing well with nearly every day use. If it gies south because I jinx myself, will update here. Will check every few weeks to see if this item is near $10 dollars again. Not about to buy it for more than that. Sorry.
