Very easy instructions to install it in waterdrop jug..Install fill the jug 2 times and reset the filter change indicator and done..have fresh and good taste in your water.

I purchased this set of filters in November 2024 and just opened the box around the 1st of April 2025. All 3 of these filters had premature failure meaning they completely plugged up within a week of inserting them in my WaterDrop water dispenser. I notified WaterDrop although my 30 day refund had passed 3 months earlier and filled them in on my issue and they never questioned me one bit, they immediately sent me a new box of 3 new filters and followed up with emails inquiring if things were working good for me. WaterDrop is an extremely good company who are guinuinely concerned with customer satisfaction and that is what I call "Customer satisfaction after the sale". They are definitely a 5 star company.

These filters definitely work. I live in Cali and we have some of the worse water quality in the country. Every time I fill the pitcher up, I have to remove the filter to clean the filtration compartment it because it's full of sand. But the filtered water container is always fine! That being said, I do go through these filters very quickly, but not much I can do about that. I do think they are a bit on the expensive side, however they work so just something I have to deal with.

Last longer than advertised and do a good job filtering water. Easy to install.Remove plastic, submerge in a bowl of water for 10 minuets. Insert cartridge into water jug then fully fill the jug and empty, twice.
