This knot puller is a very handy tool for tying knots in bite wire or heavy(ier) mono, it saves the fingers from being cut and makes for stronger knots. They can also be used to test knots and leaders to failure to find what works and what doesnt.

With this device I can save my hands from the line scratching my skin. By this, I'd say this is quite good. It also has a good price.
