The catio was delivered in two boxes and safely packaged to avoid damage. Assembly was easy to follow with the instructions and all parts and hardware were individually labeled. The assembly time was about 50 minutes (2 people). The finished product is sturdy but light enough for placement. The size is perfect for our patio. I am 5’8” and can stand flat footed inside the catio without my head touching the roof. We have indoor cats and chose to open the large door and place the catio against the window opening to allow the cats entry from the interior of the house. It works perfect and does not require any adjustment or re-positioning each day. As for the cats, they absolutely love the catio and spend most of the entire day lounging and playing on the various huts and platforms. Lastly, the security of the structure is solid. No animal can escape and no animal can enter without being inside the house. A great product at a reasonable price.

firstly, if you’re not a DIY kind of person, pass on this! the instructions were confusing and my fiancé said things didn’t line up as well, plus, he had to use different screws. the wood is cheap and won’t last long outside. the doors don’t line up well and make it difficult to open/close, and with no latch at the bottom my cat can open it without any problems.

This company is great to work with. The first one I ordered got lost by the shipping company and the customer service of Gowoodhut was so nice and friendly and got another one sent out to me right away. The product is exactly what I wanted and easy to put together. The directions show clear pictures for every step that are really easy to follow. would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a cat condo.

Wood panels built crooked, holes drilled do not line up, had to drill new holes. Expensive but when built cute but cheap and not sturdy. Because of crooked panels there are cracks so it will leak when it rains. Wood is so thin and again expected better quality for money spent. I shopped for months reading reviews and was very disappointed. Shelves won’t fit as pictured. When cat jumps the whole thing rattles and we secured it to the ground. Just looks cute but not secure enough to make me think cats could not get out. Would send back but it took forever to build. Going to invest in larger metal cage and maybe use it inside of that.

I looked at a number of outdoor catio enclosures before choosing this one. The quality of the wood is decent, it’s lighter weight for strips and thinner panels but should hold up fine, in my opinion. Took a good 4 hours to build a solid foundation with 4x4 pressure treated boards, drainage stones, and astroturf. The finish is a decent gray color with white trim. I actually think it looks better in person than in the photos. I hit the trim with a protective coat of white trim and 2 coats of polyurethane all around. That took a few hours. Assembly probably took 3 hours, it’s definitely helpful to have a helper for certain parts. My final step is to build a tunnel/ramp from the window to the enclosure. Add another 4 hours for that job. Lol! Overall, the unit feels sturdy enough and I hope Boo appreciates the time, money and effort!

I received it well over a month before opening the boxes and there were no instructions or hardware. The seller STILL sent me the se items promptly and I put it together alone (at 67 years old!) within 4 hours. I could have done it faster but was moving slowly. Really nice catio and I noticed a raccoon tried to get in there last night but was NOT able to. I love it!!
