I have my tap set up with two hoses and this lock still fits perfectly although the unit itself is not very strong hence the 4 stars. It would be easy to cut with the right tools but it's too much work for a thief to break off. Get your own lock because the one that comes with it is even easier to break.All in all works great for this price point!

I never thought I would need one but saw a video that featured something like this and thought what a clever idea and might not be a bad idea to have one. It's pretty easy to install and understand, no instructions needed. I tested it and it is hard to get to the wheel once installed so I believe it will work to keep out thieves. I don't care about how it looks but I did choose the black color to not draw attention. So far I'm happy.

Molto semplice da usare, non necessita di installazione in senso stretto: è sufficiente incappucciare il rubinetto con il cilindro metallico, inserire l'asticella nei fori che vanno da una parte all'altra del cilindro metallico protettivo, e bloccare l'asticella con il lucchetto. Verificare la corretta funzionalità della chiave del lucchetto prima di procedere alla chiusura dello stesso! Il kit prevede 3 chiavi identiche per il lucchetto, così se ne possono lasciare due a parenti o amici, per sicurezza.

Easy to install, but lock freezes up once exposed to the rain for a couple of rain days. Had to use WD40 to unlock the lock after the device had been in the rain for a week.

Easy to get on and off. 2 different places to slid the bottom into. I have a timer, Y hose connector with 2 hoses connected. This fits perfectly.Do NOT install the padlock, it will rust, black corrosion appears inside, and it happened 2 weeks with 1 rain. I had to CUT it off. Buy one yourself.

Installed as it is, you can still stick their fingers under the cup and turn on the water. If you bend the locking bar a little (into a "frown") this tightens the wiggle room, so you can't get your fingers under the cup. With this simple modificaton, it works quite well.
