I purchased this to use while camping. I use this regularly to put in/take out stakes, tie downs, wheel chalks. I have had many brake and not hold up. I noticed immediately after opening that this one is heavy duty and I expect this to last for seasons. It is sold steel with a nice rubber coated handle for ease of use. Highly recommend!

Best camping hammer I've ever had. Worth the price! Nicely weighted, comfortable rubber grip, works great, and the stake puller is a game changer! No more digging out stuck stakes, or tearing ropes trying. Funny how one little tool can make all the difference. Love it!

The hooked end is a nice touch for removing stakes. This hammer has enough weight to be useful. Rubber mallets are no good for hard ground!

I’m usually not a fan of cheap tools. Firm believer in you get what you pay for but I also didn’t want some expensive hammer just to keep in our camping gear. I have to say I have absolutely no regrets from picking this one up. Specifically designed for the job it makes life easier and it feels pretty solid. The handle feels good and has a comfortable rubber grip for non slip when you’re swinging in the rain. Overall I can’t say this feels like an expensive high end tool because it’s not. What I can say is that it’s going to be perfect and it didn’t break the bank. Great product for the price

This is the perfect camping tool. The hammer is a good weight especially for the size. When I go tent camping I use my hatchet as my hammer. So I will leave my hatchet at home and bring this hammer instead. I love the hook for assisting with pulling out tent stakes. The handle has a good solid grip. I feel like this is a high quality and essential camping tool. Also very versatile.

This camping hammer has exceeded my expectations in every way. Mostly because I haven't had good experiences with tools under $20.00. But this little gem will break that trend in a big way.The build quality is excellent, from the tip of the head to the butt of the handle. Although it weighs in at just 1.25-pounds, the balance directs all the strike force to the head. And that's what you want from a good hammer.Of course, the design of this hammer makes it the perfect implement for driving stakes and other anchors into the ground. Thanks to the generous surface area of the head face. It's nice and flat too, so less chance that the face will slip off the contact surface.Equally importantly, the handle has a fantastic grip. The material feels to be very good quality, no smell, and with just the right amount of texture to give the hand a firm, comfortable grip. I have to admit that I would prefer a bit more girth at the handle (I wear glove size L), but I understand the actual dimensions. It’s a good compromise for users or all age and grip.Overall, this is the best under $20.00 tool that I could ever recommend for camping, not to mention general use around the home or shop. I’m really glad I had a chance to try it out, and happy to give my enthusiastic recommendation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I picked up the DESHIL Camping Hammer with Tent Stake Remover to keep in my vehicle as it's what I take to go camping. The handle is made from a combination of heavy-duty plastic with a tacky rubber hand grip and the head is made from a solid piece of steel carved out with a flat head side and a hooked side for the removal of camping pins/stakes. The hammer is definitely head-heavy, which is good for the purpose of striking sakes into the ground when camping. With the glue used to hold the head onto the handle, it does not look nor feel as though it's going to come off any time soon.Overall, if you're one who loves to go camping and you hate having to forcibly pull out each stake/pin by hand, then I'd definitely recommend picking up this beast of a hammer as it was created to aid in the ease of pulling out stakes - as well as lodging them into the ground.
