This is a great socket and is as advertised. It has a matte finish, it almost looks like a powdery type finish. But overall the quality appears great and it will come in really handy the next time I need to replace or work on my vehicle's oxygen sensors. Happy to recommend. The slot for the wire is narrow, so make sure you want the narrow opening or the larger opening.

This is a very sturdy and well made oxygen sensor removal tool. Adapts well to rachet and extension setups and configurations to hold the socket firmly un place while in use.
