A 40 pack?! That's the first good thing about this: I will not be washing out a roller cover, or wrapping it in plastic to try to save it for the next day, ever again. The second good thing is that the pack comes with two roller frames, since I have 4" and 9" rollers but not 6". The 6" size is perfect and I'm amazed I've never used it before, since it covers a lot of ground but offers a lot of control. It was the perfect size for our master bathroom. The rollers are thin enough to get behind the toilet! The roller covers arrive with a tiny bit of lint on them, so I would clean them off with your hands or tape before you start painting. I would do that with any nappy roller cover, though, and once the loose fuzz was gone, these didn't shed again. The 3/8" nap is soft and even, and just right for our old walls, giving a matte finish to the imperfect surface.

These rollers work good as far as coverage goes, but I noticed a lot of fuzzies coming off onto the wall. I don't know if there's something I can do to prevent that, because these aren't the only rollers that I've had this issue with. Perhaps pre-washing them and letting them dry before use will get the fuzzies out.

I've used these with latex based paints and have been pleased with their performance. The fibers are shed resistant and hold up well after prolonged use, no fuzzy hairs like cheap rollers. The 3/8" nap works for a variety of surfaces and leaves a smooth finish. These work well on my other paint handles so I had no need for the one included. The 20 pack works well because I dispose the heads after I use them. The price makes these a great value and much better than the ones you get in the big box stores.

The price on these is amazing when compared to my local "big box" store. Found the rollers to work well and fit on my roller hear perfectly. Good for smoother walls and surfaces and made a very smooth coating. Happy with this product.

This pack has a bundle of roller heads to keep you in stock. The fibers seem to be decent build, with very little amounts of fuzz balls to remove. I did deduct one star for the packaging. They pressed the frame on top of the pads, and put permanent creases in about four of the rollers. That’s not very good thinking. I tossed those in the trash.

I finally got the chance to use these paint roller covers (x40) over the weekend to paint a small area in my kitchen. Full disclosure…I’m not a professional painter by any stretch of the imagination. So here are my thoughts.I wrapped the roller in tape to remove any fuzzies. There was actually very little that came off. Good deal! The handles work but I have carpel tunnel issues so they really hurt my hands very quickly as they’re just basic and not ergonomically designed. But I didn’t purchase this for the handles. I wanted the bulk number of roller covers. So if your hands get tired easily like mine, just get yourself a better handle. The handles go into the one end and the other end is full coverage, which made it easy to push the paint into corners and edges. The covers seem to work well as far as rolling the paint on evenly. I have a lot of painting to do so having a bulk pack for the smaller spaces and doors is great. Happy to say, I won’t have to buy more (of this 6” size) for a while. Side note, they fit perfectly in a quart size baggy to store between coats. I appreciate that they give you 2 handles so you can get to work right away but they matter less than the covers to me, so as far as the covers, how many you get, and how they work, I’m happy with them.

Great value at $16.49 - much better than the local big box store! This set includes 20 microfiber 6" paint rollers plus a roller frame. These microfiber rollers are great as they don't shed fibers into my fresh paint job. Additionally, they hold the paint well, so if you're careful, no paint drips. When I'm painting a tight spot (under cabinets, behind toilets or the fridge) or smaller rooms, such as the bathroom, or just freshening up a wall, I actually prefer the smaller roller over a standard size as it's easier to get into the nook and crannies. It's always nice to have another roller itself, especially when painting two colors (wall and trim). The roller can also be attached to a paint pole (or broom stick) for those taller places. Painter tip: if not done painting but will be working on it again the following day, keep the roller on the frame and wrap just the roller with plastic wrap and put it in a cool place (i.e. refrigerator). Doing so will keep the paint fresh so you can reuse the roller the following day. Happy painting!

I have found these Coatpro Paint Rollers to be excellent. Every seller likes to talk about their rollers being lint free. Many are not. But these Coatpro's are very reluctant to give up any fibers. I could not detect any coming out while painting. I picked up 3 random rollers from the box and pulled and picked at the ends because that is where most shed if they shed. I was finally able to pull a few fibers out, but it took more work than a roller will ever go through in its legitimate job of painting. This set comes with two handles, which are sturdy and comfortable to hold. I have gotten to where I use these low profile rollers almost exclusively. I find them to be easier, neater and at around 50 cents each, much more cost effective. And these from Coatpro are top notch.
