This game is played just like bocce except with discs. These little mini-discs fly just enough to let you put some distance in your game. It's a fun, easy, transportable game that's amazing for beach play. Great spin on the game for disc golfers...

My friend dubbed this flat bocce since that's what it is (The small white ball in bocce is called the pallino). This play the same, throw the yellow disc and take turns trying to get closer with the team discs. This game was made by Innova, a company that makes disc golf discs, and these are the same quality. They have some weight and mass to them that makes it easier to play. I don't fear that these will break or fall apart any time soon. We did a few basic games around the yard and it was a good time. A bit easier than bocce since you can't knock the other players ball out of the way. But tough in it's own right. This is small and light enough to keep in the camper for some camp fun. There are some parks with way more room and we can really try to play with some distance. The downside is the mesh drawstring bag is pretty cheap. I wish it would've come with something more robust. The game is small enough it'll fit into everyone's favorite purple bag from a Canadian whiskey. That bag will probably last longer.

We love this game we can play as a family! It was super easy to set up, there’s nothing to it. They are nice sturdy thick plastic discs that are easy to store and put away. The kids loved playing ! I’d recommend this simple easy game !!

My kids call this bocce disk instead of bocce ball.Same concept, mostly. They are not balls you can roll to the spot you want them. You toss the disks and wherever they land, that's pretty much it.I love the simplicity. I love that the discs are smaller and more lightweight, which means that pretty much anyone in the family can play this game.Seems made well and parts are pretty durable.I love it!

This game is fun in the same way that horseshoes or lawn darts (remember those?) are fun. There's enough skill involved to make it challenging, but not so much that beginners can't challenge experts. Truly a family game. The disks are thick at the rim instead of being hollowed out--so more like frisbee golf disks than regular frisbees. They aren't heavy enough to get a lot of distance, they don't take off and sail the way a regular frisbee does, and they aren't super stable in flight, which also serves as an equalizer for less skilled players. It also means that you don't need a huge space to play--you could easily play indoors, or turn a walk into a far-ranging game. And it takes up hardly any room or weight, it's great for camping or vacations or a day at the park.Like horseshoes, this game is not going to excite everyone. But for those who enjoy a simple game with family of all ages, I think this is a winner.

I was excited to order this because we love to play bocce ball, but with the unevenness of my yard there's really no good place for us to do it. So I figured this would be perfect! It is definitely an improvement but I really wish these discs were a little heavier because if there is a slight breeze and it doesn't land perfectly flat on the ground, then it hits sideways and it rolls.. and rolls.. and rolls. I also think it is priced a little steep for what you get. Any age can play this game honestly. If you're 5 years old or 85 years old, as long as you can physically throw a small disc then you can have fun with this game. You get a small carry bag, the yellow disc, four blue discs, and four red discs. They fit into the palm of your hand so they are not full size. Gameplay is super simple. You put the yellow one down and you take turns between blue team and red team throwing the discs trying to see who can get their disc closest to the yellow. Whoever's the closest scores one point and you keep going for as many rounds as you decide. If it were a little more affordable and had a little more weight to the discs than this would be the perfect game. Regardless it's still a lot of fun and we all really enjoy playing it.

This is a simple game which can be played indoors and out. Playing inside on hardwood floors actually game more of a challenge since they slide and roll. I was very pleasantly surprised to see the discs are made in the USA by disc golf manufacturer Innova. The carrying bag is imported. Good for all ages.

I love the fact that even our little 3 year old grandson can win. No special skills required. Easy to carry on a picnic or to the beach. Fun for all ages! Such a fun game for all.
