I love pasta and decided to start making my own. I already knew how to roll out sheets of pasta and cutting it into linguini but I wanted to have perfect pasta, so I got these stamp sets.I've now made various ravioli shapes, lasagna noodles, gnocchi and this kit makes it all easier. You'll need to hand wash these, as the wood handles and gnocchi board would take a beating in the dishwasher, but it quite easy if you let the metal parts soak in a shallow bowl immediately after use.I especially love the cutter wheel designs on the edge of my lasagna noodles and heart shaped butternut squash ravioli impressed my wife on Valentines day. All in all a great set for the price!

This 11-piece pasta making tool set has everything I need – except the recipe. :-)I’ve been wanting to try to figure out my grandma’s ravioli recipe (which was never written down – only in her head with no precise measurements), but she always did some kind of complicated rolling/folding technique. With this set, I might be able recreate her recipe with everything except the fancy roll.All the tools are excellent quality. The cutters are securely fastened to the wooden handles. There are so many sizes and shapes, I think it would be fun to experiment not only with pasta dough, but also breads and cookies and maybe even some mini pizzas.

This set is pretty neat! I like the different shape pasta cutters. I can make different shapes when making ravioli for our family. The pasta cutter works really well. It can also be sued to cut straight pasta and shaped cookies and such. The roller isn't the best, but it's not bad. My teen girls like using it when they help me with dinner. The entire kit helped with making delicious homemade ravioli and we used it to make spinach and cheese wontons. I like this set a lot.

I liked the variety of shapes. I used the heart for Valentines day dinner and the large square for the extra dough. Fairly easy to cut through the dough with the stamp, I was afraid I'd scratch my counter but did not. If the stamp didn't go all the way through there was a cutting wheel that I used and it worked well. It did come with a few wooded tools that seemed very dry so I oiled them with mineral oil. The only piece that was a bit concerning was the board with the ridges in it used to make lines in pasta, it looked slightly splintery and or like there was saw dust in the crevices and I don't want that in pasta. Overall I think this is great to have for any home cook that likes to make their own stuff. Would also make a great gift.

There's a lot of stuff here (can't wait to do heart shaped ravioli's for my wife - lol!).All of the stamp pieces feel solid and comfortable - they are well shaped so you don't kill your hands stamping out pasta shapes.Fortunately I have the Kitchenaid pasta roller to get correct thickness easily, but this set will be a nice addition for my pasta adventures.

This set is a good starter set or additional set for pasta making. The tools offer a good variety for making many different types of pasta. I like all the different shapes and sizes of the cutters. The sturdy wooden rollers are nice also. I have no issues with this set and would recommend it for anyone wanting to try and make their own homemade pasta. I have no issues with this set. I do wish that there was a storage bag or container with it to keep all of the pieces together.

Great for folks looking to get into making pasta every now and again: everything will have to be hand washed.
