- Please make sure you have a real VEKEN branded fountain and that the capacity is 95oz/2.8L
- Check if you have installed the Filter on the fountain Tray properly, make sure to refill the water to the maximum level.
- To maintain the filtering effect, it's recommended to replace the filters every 1 to 2 weeks in summer and 2 to 4 weeks in winter.

Purchased for the Veken pet fountain. The water comes out milky/translucent, even if the filter is new. My cats won't touch it. Very questionable. Glass on the right is water from the fountain.

I've ordered these filters before. They work in the Veken water fountain for my cat. They do the job to keep her water free of bacteria. Highly recommend them (and the fountain itself--but buy the stainless steel fountain, not the plastic one). We've had both and it's worth the money to buy the metal one.
