We need to encourage our cat to drink more water- advancing age and summer in Arizona. These fit the new fountain we purchased. Kitty likes it, we like it and these filters are easy to change at a reasonable prIce. Arrived on time. We will order them again.

These work great for my cat water filter I recently bought. I don’t remember if they came with instructions but I remember from the original purchase that you soak them in cold water and then rinse them out. They do what they say they do. Makes the water better for the cats.

The product was as described. Easy to clean, compact size. In reading other reviews about the motor I had a similar experience. When I had the fountain set at the highest setting there were a few times that the fountain rain unevenly and it may have been a strain on the small motor. I had read that some users had their motor wear out after a short time. So I reduced the fountain output to the lowest setting and I think this puts less strain on the motor and I have had no more issues so far. One issue is that every couple of days I have to check the water level and it’s just a bit inconvenient as I have to unplug the unit and lift the lid to do so. It would be helpful if there was a refinement to the product to monitor the water level from outside the unit. Lastly, the filters are small and don’t last more than a couple of weeks. The filter cost is too expensive at the rate I use them and for the below average quality. So I just plan on putting filtered water in the unit therefore not needing the filters. Size of unit, ease of cleaning and my cats like it.
