Very easy to put together, instructions were straight forward. I love how easy to fold up and put away. The wheels work great for moving it around. It's fun and easy on the body and being a 1st time user I love the videos on YouTube. It really does work the whole body. Worth the price. Great machine.

I ordered this for home workouts, for stretching and rehab-type exercises for upper spine, etc. and just for general health. I'm not much of a gym rat, I prefer to work out at home, and as much as I love my Pilates bench, I thought this looked like something that could really step up my workout. This comes partly assembled, so it's pretty easy to assemble (video in the listing), although the box is pretty heavy - it was a beast to get the box downstairs to the basement by myself (I know, not recommended, but I did it 💪). It is partly foldable for smaller storage, which is great: although we have a full basement, we use the space for other things as well and sometimes want to push the workout stuff out of the way. There are several options for different resistance and intensity levels, and includes graphics for specific exercises. The bed is comfortable, the slide is quiet... this machine is very nice and more than I'd expected. You can also find lots of Pilates Reformer workout videos on YouTube that are helpful too.I definitely recommend this - you won't regret this investment in your health.

This took aout 30 minutes assemble. The instructions were not printed well and were difficult to follow at times. The images that show sample exercises are also difficult to interpret so I looked up some videos to follow. The bench slides well with no concners. When adding resistance it is difficult to pull the bands to remove or to add more. This equipment meets my needs.

I was so excited to get this. I got it more for stretching, but it is also great for working out LOL.It comes pretty assembled, so there is not much to do when it comes out of the box. If you get confused you can find help on You Tube. I got that tip from another review and it was helpful. It comes with tension bands that are very durable. I really like how you have different levels of tension, so you can find the perfect fit for you. It rolls smoothly and it is very easy to use.It is a perfect way to stretch my back and my body it really feel great when I am done. I really am enjoying this machine. It folds up pretty easy and it is easy to store. I am really happy with everything about this machine.Another tip that I got from another review is that there are work out videos on You tube, so you can even find a work out that works for you if you are not familiar with this machine.

Having a reformer at home has made it so convenient to fit in a Pilates session whenever I want. I am having fun with it, although there are some limitations to be aware of. Here are my thoughts so far:Assembly: Putting it together was easy and only took around 30 minutes. The reformer is a bit heavy so you may need someone to help you move it into certain positions to make the initial adjustments, such as changing the strap length. I love that it folds up for easy storage.Stability: I was honestly impressed with how stable it feels, especially when I do standing poses.Noise Level: Having a quiet piece of equipment was extremely important to me. I can hear the springs when moving, but that is to be expected and it is not really that noticeable.Carriage: The carriage moves smoothly and is comfortable enough for me to get through long sessions without feeling achy. There is no adjustable headrest and the shoulder pads are rounded without a flat surface, which makes certain moves a little tricky. These are not dealbreakers for me and I've been able to perform most moves with a few modifications.Materials: The materials are obviously of lesser quality than more expensive reformers which is likely going to make it prone to scratches and chips. For example, when first taking the pieces out of the box to assemble it, I noticed the legs had some damage, but from what I can tell it is only cosmetic. Also, the reformer had lots of small flecks of either paint or material that had to be wiped off.Springs: The springs offer great resistance and have allowed me to get a good workout every time. They are not color-coordinated to differentiate between resistance levels (from what I can tell, each spring provides identical resistance). So when following along with reformer workouts on Youtube and the instructor tells you to add "one red spring" or "two blue springs" etc. you will have to play around with what feels comfortable.I found that it is pretty difficult to add/remove springs. A trick I use is to grab the spring itself with one hand from underneath the reformer and push it toward the footbar while I use the other hand to place it in the metal holder. I do the same to remove it from the holder. It takes a little practice but has made my spring changes much quicker to where I'm able to keep up with the Pilates instructors.Footbar: The footbar feels sturdy and adjusts easily to different positions. If having a jump board is important to you, keep in mind that this model does not come with one.I have really enjoyed having this reformer in my home and I have already started seeing changes from using it daily.
