My sink is high since I've shrunk due to osteoporosis. Needed a little, but not too much, lift up. This is just the right height.Even tho it's plastic, it's sturdy and doesn't slip around. It also has a wide base. I feel safe while standing on it. Yet it's lightweight and easy to move.Well recommended.

Got this for my grandmother whom is having a hard time getting in and out of her truck. It is the perfect height. Sadly it fell apart under her feet. She is a bigger woman at about 260 but we didn't think it would fall apart. It looked strong enough, but it's not.
