Got this for my friend. Her lamp is sit up on a higher stand and now she does not have to worry about getting out of her bed. She loves it!!!!

Easy to install, easy to use. It is quite sensitive, so turning it down to low was necessary for me. If it’s going to be plugged in behind a lot of furniture High might be necessary. This was a nice quality of life improvement for my lamps.It doesn’t take long to get the hang of 2 claps for socket one, 3 claps for socket two.I do find that clinking something hard against a table in the rhythm of a clap will register as a clap, so you can operate this with one hand.

It works fine, although it’s VERY sensitive even on the normal setting.When I coughed, it turned on and off, when our dog barked it turned on and off, etc.

What an aggravating gadget. If you breathe it turns on and off. Tv on, it activates. Sneeze, it activates, cough it activates. Super annoying. Meanwhile when you clap the appropriate amount of times it does work. What a joke lol It seems to work real well when you curse at it though 😂😂 Seriously though, waste of money.

Unit worked as advertised for the first five months then suddenly stopped responding to sound. You get what you pay for and with the price so low on this item it shouldn’t be expected to last for very long. Expect to purchase a replacement a few months after purchase.

The box only half worked sometimes and sometimes no matter what you did would not work. Box got very hot when you clapped so many. Times got very hot I just threw it away time had elapsed and I pitched

I gave this as a gift and the idea was a great one but it seems that you have to be pretty close to clap on/off which can ba annoying in some cases. But it was well received by the recipient
