BUYER BEWARE!!! IF YOU NEED TO RETURN THE RECLINER IT COSTS MORE THAN YOU PAID FOR THE CHAIR TO SHIP IT!!! $240 A great way to get you not to return it.It is not a regular recliner, You can’t sit up with your feet up. If the feet are up the back lays flat. So you’re either sitting position legs down or laying down, no reclining to watch tv etc.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this chair and the customer service from LegacyAmerhome Direct. First of all, this chair is tiny. The size indicated in the description is way different. They claim the cushion hight is 18.1”. In reality it is 14”. Huge difference. It is very very low chair. Next, there were missing holes for screws on the side panels. When I contacted the seller with this issue, they told me that “it maybe due to the negligence of our stuff that the cloth corresponding to the holes was not properly processed. Please try to cut the cloth at the corresponding holes, or iron the holes”. Wow! What a revealing quality of this manufacturer. This chair feels and looks like a bigger stool. Don’t spend your valuable time dealing with such a poor quality product. They also refused to pay for the return shipping of their defective product. Stay away!

Looks better in picture. Wanted to use it while having medical treatment done. Attempted to rest. It was so uncomfortable.Good recliner etc. Maybe for living room chair where you don't want people to get too comfortable. Trying to return it.

This product is not as what is described! The small print on the 3rd picture states in small white writing that the chair ONLY reclines both with the headrest and footrest at the same time. I tried to at least get the return shipping back as the product description is very deceiving but they just kept sending the same message saying sorry for the inconvenience which for a misleading description I believe to be unacceptable. Do not buy!

One box, very light, easy to assemble. About 15 minutes and only 6 screw bolts and 4 large pieces. Fabric is decent and seems durable. Nice color. They are smallish but normal sized for a budget chair. Its not a typical american la z boy size. Quiet operation. The massage is just vibration . You can select 4 zones and 2 intensities. Its not massage by any means and its not my favorite bit the chair was $250 bucks. The disappointing part is the back and footrest do not operate independently. They move in one motion so you have to be fully reclined to have the footrest all the way up. Its basically a flat bed then. It goes totally flat for sleeping actually. If i go about half way its decent but my legs are barely below 45 degrees. So the price is good for what you get. It feels soft and sturdy to sit in and is narrow but not overly so . Its comfortable for me and im not skinny. It would be ideal for a smaller room or bedroom but we got two for watching tv in the living room and they will be just fine.

Simple easy setup! This chair is perfect for small spaces! It’s actually better than I expected. I’m having surgery & needed something for a small space. This is a nice, comfortable lift, massage, heat & recliner, all in one. What a great buy!
