Powerbuilt 3/8-inch Drive Stud Extractor
You'll be glad you have this tool next time you need to extract a stud from an engine block or chassis. Attach it to an impact gun, 3/8” drive ratchet, bar or wrench and quickly extract clean, rusted, broken and stripped studs with equal ease. It’s compact enough to fit in the tight spaces so typical in modern engine bays. It’s versatile too, and fits SAE studs from ¼” through ½” and metric studs from 6mm through 12mm.

Product was advertised as being able to remove a 6mm stud, it does not grip tight enough to remove a 6mm stud and was completely useless for my project. Would rate it 0 if i could.

THE GRIPPING EDGES ARE NOT SHARP ENOUGH TO GRIPP the head of a bolt for removal. It didn't do the job I needed it for.

The grip and bite seem good. You have to apply great or maximum torque to make claws bite into the bolt. Tried and worked once. Well worth the money.

This tool is absolutely amazing! I was in a difficult spot when an exhaust manifold bolt would not come free. I used this tool to remove the stud in minutes! Great tool to have in your toolbox, even if you don’t use it frequently.

I had to remove 1200 screws from a dock frame after the decking was removed. The heads were filled with years of paint/stain/sand. This extractor grabbed the head of the screws and either removed them or broke them if severely corroded. It was perfect for the job.

No se puede usar en lugares muy ajustados o irregulares, como indica la descripcion; tienes que colocar la herramienta exactamente paralela al perno, y en lugares como por ejemplo una transmisión automática no me funcionó.
