It does what I wanted. Its cheap. Comes with blades but they are also cheap. They bend when clamped in. I broke one teying to make it taught, which wasn't hard. It may be the blades but it was hard to control it and required a lot of practice, you follow a pattern, but the blade will move, not mirroring well on the underside.

Not a very durable cope saw. Might be fine for thin material like styrofoam or few mm thick soft woods but it won’t hold up if you’re looking to use it for any sort of metal. The set screws don’t hold good tension and it was a bit of a pain to get both ends under decent tension to try and cut. The design makes it tedious to use and it’s not capable for cutting even soft metal mainly due to design.Shipping was fast

These are definitely for light duty and the softer the metal the better.
