Couple of issues. See my picture than the sellers. The center cuts do not meet the edge of the plate. The tool has Chinese writing on it. Other than that, it's a helpful tool to have around in the shop.

This a simple, useful tool for measuring and marking cuts. It does what it's supposed to.Unfortunately, mine arrived bent out of it's intended 90 degree angle, as if it had been stored under a very heavy object for a long time. That's not acceptable for such an expensive tool. I've been trying to bend the template back to a square 90 degrees, but the metal is pretty resilient and wants to hold the distorted angle.In addition, it arrived with one corner a bit twisted. That's just cosmetic and doesn't affect use, but it also shouldn't have happened.
