This carburetor worked well and was easy to install it was good value for the money I spent on it the air filter is of high quality and I would definitely recommend this as a good replacement part. The machine seems to run better than it did with the original carburetor.

picked this up for the gx160 we have on my kid's go-kart, and it slid on like a charm. the included extras like fuel filter, spark plug, etc, were nice bonuses that helped that little engine run like new

This carb wasn’t exactly identical to the one it replaced, but it was a close enough match that it worked perfectly. The old one got so gummed up due to the Gov mandated ethanol in the fuel while the machine sat unused for over 4 years, that I wasn’t able to remove some of the jets to properly clean them or the main body, so it required a replacement.This kit comes with everything one may need and more, to get an old generator or other lawn and garden machine with a 6.5HP engine, up and running in no time. I like the fact that the kit I received even included an in-line fuel shut-off valve which will hopefully prevent this situation from happening again in the near future.The price is excellent for all the extra parts included in the kit. You certainly can’t buy most of them separately for anywhere near this cheap.
