The old packing tape dispenser I have had for 15+ years was broken and barely worked. I have wasted more tape than I care to admit on trying to peel it lose from the dispenser. This new dispenser is divine! it works so smoothly and well. I love that I can actually count on it to tear off at the teeth like it's supposed to do.

It's a good quality item for plastic tape, which i tried it with and it worked as expected, but it's not compatible with paper tape -- requires so much force to cut that it's unsafe and more tedious than just ripping the tape with your fingers. Had to return.

This time, we wanted to tackle the work of taping boxes in a much more convenient and efficient manner, so we decided to get a tape gun. Wow, Iām so glad we did; it made it so much easier! I use a different brand at work, and I can say this tape dispenser gun is way better! It cuts with zero resistance. So many times, the ones at work just do not cut, which is frustrating, and you end up wasting so much time! This just works. The handle is very ergonomic and fits nicely in my hand. It takes 2ā wide rolls of tape, which helped seal the boxes quickly and efficiently. It is a decent weight; I did not find it hard on the wrist or hand at all. Overall, it is a well-constructed tape dispenser that has worked very well for me so far.
