I wanted to like this handheld steam cleaner, but it just didn’t get the job done for me. While the steam lock button was convenient, the overall cleaning power fell short, especially on tougher stains. It lacked the strength I was looking for, making it more of a hassle than a help. I ended up returning it and purchasing a different model. Wouldn’t recommend if you need a powerful, effective clean.

This isn’t worth your time or money. There is no customer service to contact. You can only go through Amazon to supposedly send them a message but when I was done with my message there was no place to hit send. Instructions are not clear or very detailed so I figured out some things myself because there is no trouble shooting guide. The light just keeps going out and coming on about every 30 seconds. Which interrupts the steaming process. . I’ve followed all instructions in this guide. Did I mention it isn’t very powerful either. I’m sending this item back I expected a little bit more from this.
