Switched from carpet to vinyl planking. Just what I needed to replace old closet slider holders. Used in three rooms. Needed to adjust to different heights in all rooms so just what I needed. Glued white spacers together and then used thick double sided tape to the top metal spacer and to the floor so did not use the screws. Very happy!

I had a huge gap between my floor and the bottoms of my closet doors, and they constantly came off track. Problem solved!

The adjustable height is great. It is easy to install. It is very sturdy. I thought it was a great value and a great priblem solver.

These mount guides look good and the carpet risers are exactly what I was looking for which was the main reason I bought this product. Overall these are very good floor mount guides but I had to take 1 star off because the plastic guides wiggle a little when I slide the doors. The mount and risers are secured well and don't move so I bought 2 and I am happy with them.

This was easy to put in, but the plastic tabs were too thick compared to the original one, and the doors wouldn’t slide. So I replaced just the one broken tab with one of these - I removed the rest of the piece and left the original tabs that weren’t broken. It works now, but I wish there were a size option for the thickness of the plastic tabs.

One of the tabs broke off the original door guide for my bedroom closet doors, which my cats quickly figured out made it possible for them to get into my closet. Usually in the middle of the night. When I was sleeping. The banging of the doors as they tried to get in made me think very evil thoughts.I ordered this as a replacement for the broken door glide. What made installation tricky is that I recently had laminate flooring installed in the bedroom, but decided to leave the carpet inside the closet, so the new door glide wasn't level and the tab on the room side wasn't holding the outside door. No problem! I simply used a knife to cut two of the risers in half, and used them as shims under the guide on the laminate floor to raise the door guide on the bedroom side so the entire glide would be level and the closet doors would be securely held in place by the tabs. Now the doors stay in place, the cats can't get in, and I am no longer thinking evil thoughts about my kitties. At least not relative to the closet.BTW, I'm very tiny and disabled (use a wheelchair for mobility), and I was able to install this myself using an electric screwdriver and the holes from the original door glide. If I can install this, anyone can....Now my kitties can't get into my closet at 3:00am and I can get a good night's sleep.
