I only used this to practice while out deer hunting. Had no idea that any elk were even in the area. Let out a couple of calls on this and two elk showed up out of nowhere. Put an arrow in one at 20yds.

Great sounding call and believe me when I say I have tried a lot of them. Made the switch to primos after Rocky Mountain started tweaking their designs. I preferred Rocky Mountain before and still have and prefer their old style, but these are a very suitable replacement

It starts to fail after a few days in the field and u can't get consistent sounds. Works great for a while

This is my favorite double reed cow call. Not great for bugling, IMO. Make sure you give all your mouth reeds a few sessions to break in or they sound "chirpy."

A good versatile call for both cow and bull sounds. Higher pitched than most so imitates immature animals well. Any latex reed call will need to be replaced yearly. Great hunting call, easy to blow. Not for competition calling.
