Purchased for grand boys who are rather rambunctious. Kids loved, parents loved bc it allowed boys to exhaust their energy. Later found out that Mom (my daughter-in- love) began using as well for exercising. The music along with light features were a big hit for the household.

This thing is pretty cool and works well. Connects to your own music. Flashing lights helps with timing and speed. Honks at you if you hit a light that is not lite up. Keeps track of punches scored. Make work out more enjoyable.

Bought this punch box to have something fun and active to do for everyone, definitely a hit! Spent couple hours, all adults practicing on this punch machine to see who did best. This music punching machine I believe could be used for all age groups and holds up well. The Bluetooth is a fun feature as well to play your own music on. The Velcro has held up good for our use. Would recommend!

Works great. Can connect your own music with Bluetooth which makes the experience fun and interesting. My kids loved it. Wish it came with extra straps, but over all they have a blast.

My family loves the music boxing machine. Both my 5 yr old and 9 yr old children use it. The height is easy to adjust so they can take turns. It's a great way to keep kids active while having fun!
