I didn’t have anywhere to put it inside my house so I keep it outside uncover for months but it still looks nice. Even the cushion is still holding up and in great shape.

I’m pretty upset with how wobbly it is and almost want to return this thing……. Assembly was awful and the directions were saying the same item # but that wasn’t the right one…. You get what you pay for. I weigh 225 and I am a bodybuilder……. I wish I had something good to say… Pull up portion is okay?? My shoulders can’t fit between the bars getting in position… Bro the dips are wobbly AF either way if you hit triceps or chest…. Abs are okay except I feel like I’m going to break the pad….. Spend an extra $50 and get something decent and not so cheap…..

My 8yr old son and 12yr old daughter was excited to get this for Christmas. After putting it together, it was a huge disappointment. The listing reads"The power tower is constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame, which is super sturdy. Thanks to the four large non-slip vacuum foot pads, the pull up tower stands firmly during the training process. The dip station can hold up to 330lbs."The metal that is used is a very cheap alloy metal something similar to pot metal. This power tower is very unstable. And the suction cups is made out of a very hard plastic that doesn't have any suction at all.The resistant bands that are given is garbage. There is no way in the world that I'm gonna let my kids use the 2 bands that came with it.The carabiners clips that are given isn't even rated the hold any weight. So how do they expect those clips to hold to hold up with force, pulling against them with the cheap bands.I’m afraid that they will break and injure my kids.

As far as putting together gym equipment goes, this was an experience. Directions provided aren’t real helpful, ended up searching you tube for videos to help. You’ll need a set of Allan wrenches and open ended wrenches because the ones provided are very cheap and do not do a good job tightening bolts and such, as well as being painful on the hands. The “leather” on the arm rests and back pad is definitely NOT leather. I anticipate having to recover those in the near future. The back pad sits way back, so for a smaller person, you’ll need to do like I did and add padding to bring it forward. Be nice if it was reversible. As far as actual use, that’s hazardous unless you weigh down the feet and legs with a lot of sand bags. I’m a small gal and don’t weigh but a buck twenty, but one attempt at a dip or a pull up and it tips right over on you. The “suction cup” feet don’t suction anything. Sand bags solved that for me, but I’m not sure that would be enough for someone twice my size. As for the pulley ropes for resistance training, they are completely pointless. They have no resistance whatsoever. Very cheap and went straight in the trash. I probably would not buy this again and definitely would not recommend it for an average sized person.

First off, the instructions for these were entirely in Chinese (I'm not sure if it was Mandarin, Cantonese or some other dialect). Not a huge deal, there were pictures so I was able to mostly stumble through it. Some of the instructions were mislabeled, and referenced pieces that just didn't exist. This felt more like a typo but still required some thinking to get through. If you do purchase this, make sure you have a ratchet set and some allen keys, as the ones they provide are small and will just make assembly destroy your hands. The bolts that required the allen key were also cut weird and I had a very difficult time tightening them both with the provided one and one of my own. They mention there is a digital version available on the website but make no mention of *what* the web address is, and some quick searching didn't come up with any answers either.Fine, I got through assembly even though it was a bit trickier than I thought. Using it, the only thing that has been comfortable for me is knee raises. Some of the concerns I've had:- Chin ups on this for some reason give me pain on my inner elbows. I don't know if its a strange angle, the type of grip or what, but switching between this and a door-frame pullup bar I have is like night and day. I'm not sure if the size of the bar or the grip itself is causing my wrists to pronate, but it is not comfortable.- Pull ups I feel like the grip is too small for someone with larger hands. Also its angled as the bar is not straight at the end, so that may be an issue for you if you prefer a pull up on a straight bar.- It does not feel secure at all. Yes, it has "vacuum pads" on the feet, but that may not be of any use to you if you aren't putting this on some kind of hardwood or rubber floor. Doing almost any exercise on this on carpet, in my garage or on workout mats that aren't secured to the ground gives it a very unstable feeling. It really could use something like pegs at each end where you could put some weights/plates to help hold it down, or pre-drilled holes where you could anchor it to the floor with some bolts/screws.- When using resistance bands, you really need to weigh it down or secure it to the floor somehow. Also you need to have the quick clip style of bands to hook them up. My big concern is just whether or not the unit is stable enough to hold while using the bands. If you're not using high tension bands its likely OK, but as soon as you start having to pull hard, you would be much better off with them attached/wrapped to something secured to the floor or wall, or just under your feet.- While doing dips, the machine felt a but wobbly side to side. Again, this would be solved with an easier way to add weight to the bottom of it.- The push up handles are in such a position that to get a full range of motion, my head would smack against the bar across the bottom that holds the resistance bands. The only thing to me that felt good on the entire unit was the backrest for knee/leg raises. It still didn't feel 100% secure, but the backrest felt like it was in a good position. The hand grips for that position weren't the greatest and I wish they were adjustable inwards/outwards, as if you have longer arms the positioning can be strange. If I try to push my palm flat against the grip, the back of my arms rub on the unit. I have to turn my wrist over and grip the hand hold from the front side in order to fit my arm there comfortably without having it angled.I feel like this unit just has too many small design flaws that make it unappealing to me.

This is a fantastic addition to your daily life. Great way to add pull ups to your day. It is a must if you are looking to get into calisthenics. Build your strength with it in your dining room and do pull ups every time that you walk by it. Love this gear.

I’m 6’ & 220 pounds. It wobbles a little bit but that is to be expected from a low end unit. I like it for the most part, I have had others in the past and I like the fact that the pull-up bar is adjustable, very cool my wife loves that as well. It was fairly easy to assemble, to me it was a fair price. I would recommend After using it for a month or two go back and retighten the nuts and bolts. I do a ton of bar dips maybe that loosened them some. I don’t know why the even included the resistance bands because they are pointless unless you are incredibly weak. They are really just cheap bungee cords. I tossed them out along with the little carabiners holding them to the unit. I have a home studio gym and this is a cool little addition.Thank you for your timePastor Michael R

I wanted something for pull-ups that wasn't a door frame thing. This power tower works great for that. Also perfect for dips and a variety of ab workouts. This is a cheaper option that some, so don't expect it to be the strongest most sturdy tower that you can get.Great for beginners or anyone that wants to get d or add to a glhime gym setup without breaking the bank.Instructions could have been better. Takes some space. Make sure you've got some room put aside for this.Great addition to my home gym. I really like it.

We have noticed the quality of the stainless steel is good to withstand my weight as I was 190 lbs. We have even attached stretch bands to practice our pull ups. This is very well holding up with stretch bands, pull ups and dips.I am satisfied as I have been using this for more 2 weeks now. One piece of advice, please station it on hard flooring not on carpet as it has vacuum pads on the foundation to hold up and does not work on the carpet flooring.
