Works well for hanging knee-ups. Well built and seems like it will be very durable. Not a ton of padding, but enough.

The additional extensions and the extremely large carabiners are what really set these ab straps apart from others of similar design. Nice product.

These work well for controlled leg lifts and holds without taxing my grip. (Especially after pullup day) The Carabiners are huge so you have some options. I have some brackets with 1/4" holes attached to my basement ceiling and I needed slightly smaller carabiners to attach these monsters to. Fortunately I had them already so I just clip the carabiners into those and it works awesome. I've also taken them to the gym and used the additional straps over a bar. Overall they work well for the price and I'm happy but can't comment on durability

These allow you to take the stress off your hands & shoulders when focusing on abs on a dip-station.. padding makes it comfortable while keeping strap from cutting into arms!

These are built very solid but just didn't work for me or my home gym setup. The straps are too long even after wrapping them around the top bar of my weight rack. I could have bought some shorter strap extensions but I also didn't like how much I was swinging when using this. I had to go very slow to not swing.
