The cat looks stupid in this thing, which is what he deserves. The alternative is overgrooming, so I'm not just being mean (I'm being a little mean).Thankfully I sized it correctly and the chart was accurate (at least for neck size).

I thought this would be better for him than the cone of shame he has to wear while his skin condition clears up. He really doesn't like the cone but to say he hated this onesie is an understatement. We went back to the cone. He's a pretty normal 10 year old orange tabby and we measured the chest size as suggested and ordered an L but the length is a little short even though the chest, legs and neck fit ok. I could modify it by opening the neck up to fit him, but he hates it anyway. Quality looks ok and feels soft and stretchy to me, but that's certainly not his opinion. I can't even publish his comments in a public forum ...

Small is small, think more like year old-ish kitten size. Not quite full grown but not super small. It would look cute. My only concern would have been how it fit around the backside area. Not sure it would have allowed for litterbox usage without getting wet. I did like that it snaps on top, just ended up being too small for my small cat.

This cat surgery suit is a good quality. It prevents your cats from licking the surgery room easy to put on. They can still use the bathroom and play and do everything that they’re used to with this suit on except for mess with the surgery site.

I recently adopted a second cat, and he tragically developed a life-threatening infection after his alteration surgery. After a costly hospitalization, I was able to bring him home for ongoing rehabilitation. Several large abscesses had emerged, so it was a challenge to keep him from constantly licking at his wounds. The Elizabethan collar is never ideal, so I ordered this recovery suit as an alternative that would allow him to move about more freely during his recovery. The suit is rugged and made with a heavy, durable fabric. The design is cute, and the material appears to be comfortable. The size small was appropriate for my 6 pound kitten. My cat is probably about 9-10 months old, according to the vet, so after his infection was treated he quickly returned to a ball of energy. We were able to put this suit on him on the day that he was released from the veterinary hospital, but by the time we made it home he had wiggled his way out of the front sleeves and he was licking at one of his wounds. Recovery suits may just not be meant for young cats.Overall, I would say that this product was a good quality for the list price and I would recommend it to others. Some cats, however, are just not meant to be clothed.

I do like the concept and the lets help keep it on and better protect spay area. It does seem to run small and my biggest problem is the litter box, litter gets on it and tracks around the house. I think this is better suited for dogs in that respect and definately make sure you order big enough.
