I have a Plantronics EncorePro and needed some kind of adapter to plug it into a Mac for work calls. This worked like a charm. Super easy plug-and-play solution. I'm thrilled that I can use the headset connected directly to the MacBook. I do wish it had some controls on it, but it does the job I needed it for, and for that I'm grateful.

Exactly as advertised and reasonably priced. Exactly what I needed. I had, unwittingly, purchased a Plantronics headset with a QD (quick disconnect) connector when I thought I was purchasing a USB headset. This adapter solved the problem and gave me a longer reach with the headset and my computer. I was very glad that I found this adapter cord and am pleased with the performance thus far.
