Hood Struts work as intended!!!Back up cars hood Struts failed and they would no longer hold it up, so I immediately came on to Amazon, input my car specs and this popped up to the top of my results.Installation was easy - you just unhook the bracket, pop them on and pop the bracket back onFit - fit my 2009 toyota camry perfectlyPhotos to come soonFYI Struts came in banded with a steel band.I just put on some gloves , push it down against the floor, got it loose, slid it off and then let the Struts expand.

Our factory struts had given up. We were able to replace these very easily and now able to open the hood. Before we were having to hold the hood open manually.
