Warm Tip:
1. Please do not directly put the product into the fish tank.

Works well and does it's job keeping the tank cleaner. The fish don't seem to mind it either. I just keep it on a lower setting.

Suction cups do not work very well but I like the timer. I’ve been using this in my shower as an extra way to clean my bamboo bath mat. I didn’t expect the suction cups to work very well but overall a good value for what it cost.

This product works this product cleared my green tank up that looked like Gatorade water to Crystal. Clearwater did not hurt my fish harm my fish or nothing.

I put this down in my sump not in the display tank. I have never had a big algae bloom this tank has been running for about 13 years. I love the timer, you shouldn't run it non-stop. I did the two shortest timers I think it's 2 and 4 hours. One day I would do 2 the next day the slightly longer one. It is basically crystal clear a week later. Next I will move it to my smaller tank because it doesn't need ro stay in this one. the bloom happened after a major cleaning. I don't write a lot of reviews but recommend this product, thank you.

Our water fountain has been the Bain of my existence since moving into our home. We live the sound of water falling and the hummingbirds that comes to drink from it, but I have to constantly brush it clean from algae and sludge, change water and treat with algaecide (which I hate since hummers like to drink from it).All of the sudden, an idea came tome after purchasing a similar product for our koi pond (which works beautifully!!), so I decided to try a UV cleaner in our water fountain too.What an awesome idea! After doing a final scrub down over 2 weeks ago, the water is still crystal clear (I do have to pick out the dead fallen leaves from it every now and then) with no smell and zero algae!!!Try it on your koi ponds, water fountains, aquariums!!! You won't regret it! I only wish I thought of this sooner!!! The hummingbirds are loving it!!

I have this in a dark bucket that is sealed off from light and yet, there is a ton of bacteria in here after a month with the light on. My assumption is that maybe it's helping bacteria growth and not killing it. I'm going to try taking this light out and seeing the results.

I added this to my 20 gallon aquarium. I am not really noticing any difference in the amount of algae. The clamps are not easy to use to hold the light into place.
