When I installed the board the failure mode did not change, it remained 3 beeps in 2 seconds. After further trouble shooting i found the main 4211 board was bad. I replaced the main board and the gate would start to open but then stop. Apparently not receiving pulses from the rev counter board. I put the original board back in and the gate worked properly. Unfortunately after the troubleshooting and waiting for parts it has been over a month so I cannot return.
