This rangefinder has quickly become one of my favorite tools in the bag. From the very first round, I noticed how much more confident I felt with my club selection. The readings are incredibly accurate, locking onto the flag quickly even from longer distances or when there's background clutter like trees.I really appreciate the slope-adjustment feature — it’s made a big difference on hilly courses, giving me a much better sense of how the elevation affects the shot. The display is crisp and easy to read, even in bright sunlight, and the device itself feels solid and well-made without being bulky.

Good budget option, easy to use. I've been using it for tasks around our ranch, rather than for golf. My only complaint is that it uses a different battery than all my other gear, it's a pain to keep one more type of spare battery around.

I received the upgraded $46.99 version instead of this product and was not disappointed.Obviously, some features I mention wont apply to this rangefinder, but I can imagine the functionality is comparable. One thing that may apply to both is the slope adjustment. When it locks on to the pin it will just show plus or minus a certain amount of yards versus showing the corrected distance. This was the only downside since other brands I've had have given the total corrected yardage Certainly not a deal-killer though. It can also be a little sensitive to getting a tree or some bushes behind the pin, but it's accurate once you get the pin locked in.The upgraded version has a built-in magnet and rechargeable internal battery. Those were a plus for my personal taste, but those are optional features which don't affect functionality and probably contribute to price differences. This one also includes a tripod hole and the other one does not.For less than $50 you can get pretty much every feature a premium rangefinder would give you and I would definitely recommend the brand all around.

Measured distance seems accurate. Nice looking, good rubber grip, lanyard, nicely packaged, nice carrying case. As long as you are outside and everything is well-lit, the optics are good. When lighting gets dim, it can be hard to see through this. I don't know how much this will help my golf game, but it seems like a good value. If I could change one thing, it would be to have it use "AA" or "AAA" batteries, instead of the "CR-3V" Lithium battery.

Works very well. Seems to comport with my known distances. I'm using it for hunting/surveying on my farm. So far, it's spot on.My only complaint - it measures in meters or yards, but not feet. I can divide by 3, but....|Extremely good price which makes this an incredible value. The last range finder I bought wasn't this good and cost nearly $200 (it was more than a decade ago). This one is cheaper than a fast food dinner for me and wifey. Incredible value!

At the time of this review, this range finder lists at under $40 and performs as well as units costing twice this.In testing, both distance and angle were measured accurately and the user interface is very intuitive. A rubberized grip prevents slippage and provides some impact resistance as well. The included case has both a carabiner clip and belt loop for securing, and an additional magnetic button clasp. Another magnetic clip attaches directly to the rangefinder and makes a very strong magnetic connection.5 stars across the board for value and performance in this rangefinder. Highly satisfied and surprised that a unit in this price range performs as well as those closer to $100. Would definitely order again.

The caveat : I wear glasses and have had quit a few of these. Cheap and the expensive type. They all struggle somewhat, some more than others, with eye relief i.e. can you get close enough to the lens with glasses on to achieve a full view of the scene. It's important to be able to easily locate the target. On my unit I had to remove the rubber eyepiece cover to achieve a full view. It is not a big deal to simply leave it off but something worth mentioning as otherwise it is a great budget rangefinder.Pros :> Optics - The view is bright and clear. The diopter adjustment (To correct for eyeglasses) works really well. The text and other information is a simple black text on a bright screen.> Features - It has all the features you expect in this and even in units costing 2 and 3 times as much and at least on my sample they all worked great as received.> Easy to use - There are only 2 buttons. Tap the power button once to wake it up and a second time to take a measurement. Hold it down for a couple of seconds to switch from Yards to meters. While on, tap the Mode button to cycle to the mode you want. It will turn on in that mode the next time. It vibrates when it locks on target, a great feature.> Form factor - It is a nice size and weight, contoured to fit comfortably in your hand and has really tacky rubber surfaces that work really well when your hands are sweaty or in the rain. It has a tripod socket. The battery compartment has an actual threaded metal cover that screws securely into place. Don't see that very often. There is no indication of the battery orientation so put it in with the button up, it's the correct way.> Manual - Simple, well written and legible. Conclusion - A good rangefinder at it's current super competitive price.
