I got this torch to use for crafting, not for cooking and it works very nicely for me. I've used it to pop bubbles in my resin before curing. This torch allows me to adjust the flame easily and has a button to prevent accidentally turning on the torch and leaking butane. It's nice and lightweight too. I wish there was a quick way to know how much butane was in it but other than that I've enjoyed having this torch available for a quick flame for my crafting projects.

This torch is working well so far. It was easy to fill (you'll need to purchase the butane separately). Operation is simple and the flame is reliable, lighting with ease. The lever which controls the size of the flame is conveniently located that you can hold the torch and manipulate the flame size with one hand.Compared to similar products, the price seem to be on the high side. There's also no visible fill line for the butane, which would have been nice.

This torch was easy to fill, and puts out a great amount of fire for what I need it for. The knob on it is a little questionable. It seems a little flimsy and sometimes it gets stuck when I'm using it. I can't tell if it's supposed to stay stuck for continuous use or not, but it's hit and miss on whether I can press it once and it stays on, or I press it and have to hold it down to use it. It is lightweight though which I appreciate and small enough to store away.

This works a lot better than previous creme brulee' torches I've owned. The jet stream is a bit better and it is more likely to fire up on the first or second trigger pull. The last couple of ones was same price range but the torch didn't always light until you clicked it a dozen or so times and I think you had to keep them perfectly level.This one's a bit better tthe button lighter is easier on the thumb and it is already angled making it less likely to shut off on you. It seems to get hotter too but not only that it is actually easier to refill. There is clear and good advice on how to refill it and following the steps it filled up with hardly any seepage or gas expelling into the air and it filled up really fast. Just three little fill taps and it's filled.
