we bought a fixer upper pontoon this summer, removed the broken ladder and bought this to replace it. We love the length, easy to get in and out of the pontoon, great for back of the boat, side, or front!

Works great, easy install. The 5th step is nice. Its mounted on the front of the pontoon and makes it easy to get up.

Well made. Would have given 5 stars but retainer clip was broken on delivery but replaced at no charge. Challenge to mount on my boat, no hardware privided. With verying thickness of deck at location needed I had to be creative

I own an ocean going sailboat and had an incident where I was required to exit the boat to repair a rudder and then was unable to get back on the boat without considerable assistance. Previously my boat was only equipped with a two step ladder attached with small ropes which provided no support.Let me tell you. This ladder is very sturdy. Although not specifically designed for sailboats it accepts six large bolts and was easy to install. This thing doesn't even flex and has ample hand holds. It is exactly what I was hoping for.

this was a great buy. good quality, collapses perfectly, and decent length...edited.Nearly 4 years later the ladder is pretty rusted looking now.I have other 316 grade steel equipment outside that looks better than this in the same amount of time.Will be throwing this out for something made of vinyl

This is a super nice, well built heavy duty ladder. I was a little disappointed that it was not "amazon prime" available because i wanted it fairly quickly. But I received the ladder in just a couple days after ordering. Outstanding! It does not come with hardware, but peoples installation needs will vary so how can it really come with bolts that will satisfy everyone? Not an issue for me. This is truley a quality ladder and made my new custom swim deck awesome.

I'm using this deck ladder for my above ground pool and it works great. I have a deck set along one side of the pool and the ladder attaches easily and is very high quality! It swings up when not in use though I doubt the water would have any negative effect on the stainless steel. My old vinyl step type ladder was difficult to remove for the winter months and while I doubt freezing would harm this ladder it won't be an issue since it swings up easily in seconds. I would recommend this without reservation.
